I work for a bankruptcy attorney and our client got a call from David at Universal Litigation, 855-338-0184 x110.  I called him back to let him know that we represented her and to cease all communications.  He cut me off several times as I attempted to get information regarding the so called cash advance.  He threw out several legit legal terms regarding FDCPA violations but used them incorrectly.  He offered to settle a $500 debt for $315.  He barely even heard me say her name let alone verify her identity before he hurried to get me off the phone.  This appears to be a scam.

"Benjamin" called me. I've been through this before with people just like him. They warn you that they are issuing a summons for you to be served and give you "x" amount of time to come up with "x" amount of dollars in order to avoid it. The law doesn't work that way. They issue you a summons and no amount of money can get you out of that. The last time I got a nearly identical call from a different number, I called the local sheriff and he confirmed my belief it was a scam and he told me if they called back to find out all I could and then report him immediately.

Is this really a scam I just got a call from
1 (855) 338-0184 and it appears as a scam to me but the words summon and post bail are scary
