- Turnip truckok now this is the same Company as 844-808-9096 and a variety of other numbers this company uses. This has got to be the most illegal company on the planet. I received a call from a Sam Dullard. Well I called the court house and there is no such person named as such. I then contacted the states attorney generals office and there is a slew of complaints from this company. They are located in the, Buffalo New York area. I was told to save all recordings and contact my attorney and I can get compensation for this harassment. They are collecting on pay day loans that are by law un collectable. That is unless I'm stupid enough to pay. And I did take out the oay day loan, however it is not on my credit report and they cannot file a law suit against me because the company that issued the payday loan was closed down and actual members from that outfit are in prison for illegal activities. So Mr. Sam Dullard ( if that's your real name ), please come to my house or job and have me sign your non existent papers. What a scam. A note to all. Ask this company for a validation Of debt, and if they cannot provide it ( which they won't ) then it's a scam!!!! Just look at all the posts from the previous numbers they have been using. Call the states attorney general and the federal trade commission. But do not be foolish enough to pay. You can spend your hard earned money a bunch of other ways rather than to give in to this barrel of crap!!!

- CmgWho do these people think they are! Yesterday I received a call from a name I couldn't even understand and the basic understanding I gathered was that a sheriff was coming to my house or job to serve me court papers. Today the courts were closed due to the holiday but rest assured I will call my local sheriffs office and the county clerks office to see if this is true, "which I doubt", and I will certainly contact the states attorney generals office and the federal trade commission to report these low life's. And I was told I can get $1000.00 for each FDCPA, violation that was committed. They picked the wrong person to scam time. I will keep you posted!

- Tdr| 2 repliesThe Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:
•is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
•refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
•asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
•exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.
If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
•Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.
•Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
•Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
•Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
•Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

- chainsaw Gene replies to Tdr| 1 replyDamn I'm still waiting on one of these sob to show up, to serve me papers. My neighbor is a member of law enforcement, who borrows things and brings them back, and he comes over and helps me sometimes with chores, and I help him with his chores. Grandson's are good friends with his two boys and that another problem at times, but all in all, I'm still waiting on them to show up with their fake papers. Are they in for a rude awakening, maybe when Bubba the a$$hole bandit gets done with them at the local jail!!!!
- Txt replies to chainsaw Genelol, my friend. Bubba would have a field day with these scum. As it goes I've narrowed it down to a physical address for these jokesters. They are outside the buffalo ny area. I call back the number and get a female who would not give me their address or anything of the sort. These rats would sell their own kind out for a dollar. I come to find out one of these owners is a criminal himself they are registered not even as a collection agency which is complely illegal. Oh and more is to come , I will soon direct you to a physical address and their new number once this one is changed!!!!! Just call the attorney general, they have a slew of complaints and I was told they will soon change their name and number but federal charges are pending on this cooperation. This is 100% fraud.
