Received claims card in mail for pain support system.called number female with broken english answered.couldnt understand her.

got post card and called for back brace. Lady with very bad english answered, she would NOT tell me cost of the brace or name of the brace. I told her that medicare would not pay unless my dr prescribe it, she said, they have drs to prescribe it!!! BEWARE

I also received a card in the mail months ago, and a received the same card a few times,  regarding my eligibility for a medicare and insurance covered back or knee support system.  I called and it seems that just want your insurance info.  I told them I do not have pain and to remove me from their mailings.They hung up. Now my husband is getting the post card in the mail.

I have received the post card numerous times in the mail. I have no knee or back pain. This is a scam. These people should be punished...beware.

Listen to what she had to say when she ask for medicare info. told her I don't have that (wasn't planning on giving that info) and she said to call back when have information

Any communications received by US mail which appear fraudulent should be taken down to the local post office so that the postal inspectors can take a look at it.  This could be some form of mail fraud.

I have also received this pink card - more than once. I have reported it to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 as requested by the Medicare fraud line. It might help if more folks reported receiving the card.

I also received this pink card three times . But I called them but I didnt tell them my medicare number . Its a fraud.

I, too, got a card. It looks like it would be an official card from Medicare, but it is a scam. Isn't that illegal for them to not put a disclaimer on  the card?

I have received this same card several times but have not replied until today and am a bit dubious if this is a legal firm or some sort of scam after seeing and reading all the disclaimers.

 Do not call these people and give them your social security number or any other personal information...This  enterprise is a fraud.They are a scam and want your information.
