- Beyond annoyedCalls me from a different number and leaves a voicemail to call the #855 contact number. When I call someone just answers "This is Lindsay ot Alex." I had to ask them multiple time what is their business/company name and finally got Allied Litigation from one of them. Claims I took out a payday loan for $300 but now its in collections for over $1500 but can settle out of court for $590. I never took out a loan and when I asked them who the loan company was they said they had no way of telling me because it was sent to collections and they are just "trying" to collect. Then I asked for them to send me documents of anything pertaining to this collections and they said that they have attempted in the past but I have yet to respond. This company is totally bullsh*t. They have harrassed my family and even my work leaving threatening messages for me saying that they were going to take me to court if I dont pay. Turns out when I called the original # iy belong to someone else and becomes obvious that they were using an app to disguise their caller id. I called my sheriffs dept and filed an official complaint against them. Scumbags!

- Dana| 2 repliesThis number has called my family and work and its annoying the hell out of me. Saying I borrowed $300 twice and I owe them roughly 1200 including fines and fees. My work has asked to not call anymore and it works but they keep calling my family. How do I get them from doing this again.
