Some people from Allied Litigations Called this morning saying I had several cases of fraud and deceit pending..they also proceeded to call several of my family members. They are very rude and will not give out any information on this made up debt just that it is an online payday loans. When I looked up the company online it says they were shut down by the FTC last year. They are not a legit business.

A local number told me to call this 855 number right away with a case #.  So I called this 855  # and they claimed to be a litigations office and that I was being charged with fraud for not paying a loan I wasn't aware of.   I received two calls from the local # in one day at work threatening me they would send a compliance officer to locate me at work or my home address.

They are rude and fraudulent. I too was told this is Allied Litigations
