My cell phone carrier indicated this call was a scam.  I called the number back (after blocking my number), and told the man with the foreign accent that I knew it was a scam, and I was reporting it to the FBI.  We all know that the Microsoft Windows license never expires so it's bogus.  Do they honestly think people are that dumb to believe them as well as give them money?

Just FYI, blocking your number doesn't work when you call a toll-free number such as this.
