Left message with family members that I have a court summons. Frightened Grandfather and when he calmed down and asked shouldn't you be physically handing him a summons rather than calling? They stumbled and replied a friend asked me to do this for him.

called saying i have a court case and charges filed against me, wanted to verify my home and/or work address to serve an summons.  said his name was Al Simmons and then gave a number to call 1-855-339-2286 if you try to call it - it doesn't work.  so i called the local number that showed up on my phone and it was an answering machine for Rose someone.

try coming after me...i'm in bankruptcy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diddo roc...same message. Don't these people have better things to do, like get a real job
