Scam collection agency not a law firm at all. SAY THEY ARE PHILLIPS AND ROTH LAW FIRM.....DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

Been receiving calls from this company. They state they are a law firm Phillips and Roth. I told them I spoke to my attorney. I asked for names, physical address, name of person they spoke to regarding my "settlement"? Each time I got a different answer. Especially on the address. When I continued to question them they would get furious and then hang up. I could hear music playing in the background. I continued to call them back to back and this also made them mad.

Just received a call from a very rude man named Jeffrey Morgan offering a "settlement" for some payday loan I have never had. When I asked for original documents, he refused, saying I need to call MoneyKey myself and that I could settle a debt for $890 or face an $8000 charge down the road. Also stated I am being served with some kind of legal notice in 2 days for litigation

Did you ever get served? Because I recieved the same call from a Jonathon Starks, who also called a few friends, my old place of employment and left all the info with them, that they had a court appearance claim and gave them a claim # ect. isn't that illegal? Not to mention I have not idea what it is regarding, however it did raise my curiosity so I checked case net and when nothing appeared there I just let it go, tomorrow is the 2nd day for me :)

Let me know what happens there calling me and harrasing me too.

I had same problem with them. Never got served!!!! I called them back insisted they mail me and validate the supposed debt I owe. They said they could not, that they do not do that. I said my lawyer would be happy to get that info from you since you have a supposed order and by law you have to submit it to my lawyer. They hung up on me and I have never had a phone call back since.

I just received the same call which i actually did not answer but they left a voice message with the info to call the above-mentioned number with claim#. Also stated I should have valid ID ready when they stop by to serve me papers later this afternoon. I'll be waiting.
