Attny that  filed a wage garnishment against me ,  for a bounced check i had

I received a call at work from an Arthur Clayton, said he was an attorney collecting for a loan I had with Western Skys...never had the loan that I remember.  Had my deceased husbands information and said I was responsible for it.  Wanted $1600 immediately or $800 over the next two months.  Of course I was shaking so made, I gave him my debit number for a payment of $250.  Big mistake.  Next day called county attorny and local police checks and fraud divisioin.  I am sorry I paid the $250 but glad I stopped the rest.  What a scam this is.

File fraud and dispute the charges, change your bank account also. Oh, and your entitled to a free credit report from each once a year. And I would place fraud alerts.. One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
