    Guy calling from 714-332-6698 says he has legal papers for me. Says if I don't call him and arrange to meet to receive the papers legal action will be taken. It's all vague and couched in very aggressive terms that are meant to scare people. Doesn't scare me cause I already know it's a scammer who got only partial info on me from a data breach of Target or Home Depot or some such place. Don't fall for this stuff people.

    Hi , I just got call from this number and they said they were locator that got hired to serve me with papers . Did they actually serve you with papers?

    IF you were actually getting a summons, you would NOT be warned.  Phone calls are NOT an official notification either.
