    SCAM. Claiming they're T-Mobile. Somehow have access to order #'s and they're trying to get you to pay them because "they can't process your payment." Followed up with actual T-Mobile. And they called me back.

    This is a scam.  We received 2 text messages.  The first stated that  our order will be processed at the end of the month of October.  The second text stated that "We are unable to process your payment on the order number.  Please call 1-855-339-3839 to complete the transaction."  The order will be cancelled.  This is a scam.

    Just spoke with a Tmobile expert and ask them about that number and they did say it is a number connected with them. It’s their message center number.
