The caller from this number says he is a Mr. Jennings from ADR Arbitrators and threatens with arrest ,and garnishment. Conned $1600.00  from me . Guess they thought they would try again, with another $11,000.00. Was advised by my financial institution to close out account and file a police report. Which I did.

Did mr jennings put ypu in touch with ncw billing?

THIS GUY CALLED, MR JENNINGS FROM INTERNATIONAL ADVISORS SAYING I AM GOING TO JAIL FOR A BOUNCE CHECK AND TO CONTACT HIM,  I ONLY USE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR UTILITIES.

Total scam.  This group is part of a larger group of white collar criminals who go around the country telling people that they're going to be arrested for some mythical bad check or bank fraud charges.  Ignore them.  Report them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the [***] are working out of now.
Should shut them up for a little while.

They told me i would be sued for apparently send spam to some when i dont use my gmail they said the where from google.
