I received a voicemail yesterday and a call today.  The call came from 754-444-3948 but said to call 855-339-4097 and give the case # they provided.  When I returned the first call yesterday, it was after hours but phone was answered as Goldman, Kessler, and Brown.  I left no message; came in and googled the firm name to find all kinds of information about this apparent scam.  I did NOT return the call today.

Apparently they say you owe money and they've been assigned to collect it.  They say nothing more will happen if you pay them "x" amount of dollars using a credit card.  They also try to get your SSN and bank account number (in some cases, they already have these and want verification).  Whatever you do, do not give these people any information; it is a scam and you will lose money!  No one is going to arrest you or put out a warrant for your arrest.

I just got the same message today. I did not return the call either. they said they tried to reach me several times, funny thing is I have no missed calls from them either today or any other day.

Same exact thing happened to me last Thursday, October 23, 2014. First from a incoming Florida call (whoms number I blocked after hearing her message, but not ID'ing the so called firms name (in New Jersy where they are supposedly calling from) Goldman, Kessler & Brown. I also know that you can by phone numbers vid the 'Global Calls' app so who knows if this is really where they are calling from in Florida or who they really are in New Jersey.  DO NOT return their calls or the WILL continue to call you from DIFFERENT New Jersy NUMBERS after the numbers are BLOCKED....OHHHHH so coy, or so they think!

Yes I received a call from this number requesting to collect a debt returned from the bank. Leaving a file number and everything!  Sounds like a scam to me!

This is a collection agency of psycho junkies using illegal tactics, not a law office. Everything they say is a lie. Do not pay them.
