no call list only works for real companies not criminal spammers.  You need to get a robocall blocker there are a bunch of good ones recommended with the Federal Trade Commission.

This was not a robo call and was not an unsolicited sales call.  This was a confirmation call from the Neptune Society confirming my reservation.

So why did you come to a phone number look-up site when you clearly know who called you? Do you often look up known phone numbers?

This is our number, we are a legitimate business serving Funeral Directors.  You can see our Website at www.dchoice.com.  We do not make unsolicited calls, and as this is our outbound calling ID for our customers only, we do not accept incoming calls on this line.  If you received a call from this line that was unsolicited, then it was spoofed because we are just an answering service.  We are not a robocaller and we do not employ an autodialer. Interesting that would put up a website that clearly does not support your claim that this is your phone number.  The only numbers listed are an 888 number and an 844 number.  Looks like you are the lying, scumbag scammer trying to blame someone else.
