I got an email about student loan debt forgiveness. It is word for word on the message as listed here on this forum.

My case file only being open for 1 more day. All of it. But I haven't had school debt in a very long time. So I know it's a scam. I tried calling the number and no one pick up...

It is a scam!  You would have received a registered letter!  Anyone that has received this message, please reach out to your local Crime Unit in your area.  We must stop these scam messages.  Reach out to the Crime Unit and then you know we have made a difference!

Same as the others, contacted out of the blue over student loan forgiveness while our household doesn't have a dog in that race. Has to be a scam right or a mistake? We didn't & wouldn't respond over the phone number left but fallowed the mailing & got no response. Phishing scam is it? There was no company name just the name Noah Henderson leaving an email with this number to call.

I also received the same email with different name as the representative. It’s a scam because federal Pell grants do not come from Albuquerque NM block these people frfr. Plus I never signed up for a student loan.

A Pell Grant is not a loan which is why it has the word "Grant" in the name.
