2 calls from these yahoos in the last 2 days.  I answered the 1st one as I was expecting a call from my insurance company.  heavily accented male asked for me by name.  Did not acknowledge it was me, asked for his info instead.  "Michael" from (mumbled) Electric & Power Co.  Told him not interested in switching. He kept asking if I was (my name).  I told him not to call here again but the next day in my blocked call log was this # again.  Since they are in violation of the DNC act, what ever made me think that they would not call back if I asked them not to.
