Keep receiving relentless calls, with only a recording on the other end to call a different number stating this is convergent outsourcing and they are attempting to collect a debt.  No name of who message is for or what collection is for.

I get multiple calls a week from Convergent Outsourcing.  At first I thought it was the same problem we had years ago when the people who had our new phone number were dodging actual debt collectors but nope.  They finally started leaving messages.  They started calling the day I got phone service (before I even knew my owe number) so I knew my cable company sold the number.  We've never given the number out but get calls everyday that are scams or charities.

I received this call every week for a year (yes about a year). this became ridiculous. Can not take more. when I called them back at the number 8553437890 and asked what the convergent company does? he even can not tell me. Is this something weird? should we get police involved?

If the same number each week, that is easy. Bock the number.  And don't call back or talk to these crooks, you will only get more and more calls.
btw - it more like "won't tell you".  They are cooks and don't take requests.  Good Luck!  Ignoring calls and blocking works.

A Convergent Outsourcing calls daily and says to call them at 855-343-7890.  They are harassing and need to stop.

I get calls daily and have for months now. No person on the other end, just a recording saying "This call is from Convergent Outsourcing, a debt collector. Please call us back at 855-343-7890". I do not have any outstanding debt. Completely debt free for years. Never had any credit problems. I/we have an excellent credit score rating!

Landline phone. Call from Convergent Outsourcing, 855.343.7890 on 9.20.18. I blame it on Google for giving out my info. I have no debt.

I have been getting calls every other day from 855-343-7890 for several weeks now. They just leave a recorded message to have me call them back saying they are a debt collection agency. No other details. I have no debt that I am aware of. I'm a senior and afraid to call back because they may be trying to scam me out of money.
