Called and left a message that there was an ACH payment due, and need my bank information. Sounds like a scam to me.

I got a letter in the United States post saying I owed money and asked that I call this number what is disturbing is there a copy of an air  bill attached saying I was the third party sender and someone signed my name.  I contacted UPS fraud department.

I received the same letter.  It is cleverly written but aside from the fact that there was no such shipment there was a grammar mistake.  I'm contacting the US Mail fraud investigator so they can trace the P.O. Box.

We do not ask for your bank information, when you guys send a package with UPS you fill out a label where you write down your credit card number to get billed after the package gets delivered. Most of the times the card does not work so we have to call you all to confirm the cc# or provide you all with an address to send a check to pay for what you got shipped.

I also received a letter from UPS claiming that the sender of a package did not pay for shipping but left my credit card number claiming UPS was unable to process the transaction with my bank...right..not...The supposed UPS Rep's get a real job and quit scamming honest citizens you should be ashamed of your self and someday you will have to face your maker and what are you going to tell him?

alleged debt collection via UPS for something that was already paid for and verified by my local UPS store.  Letter came in mail from Tx. UPS locally stated the letterhead is something they do not use via UPS.  Using PO box for mailing. Letter given to local UPS to send to their attorney.

I got the same letter.  When calling 1800 pickups they can not verify and say I have a zero balance on this account.  received 2 calls ( both show as unknown) same caller both times which is unusual for a large company and he wanted my credit card info.  I refused.  stated credit card was not carded properly and on the letter stated it was a mastercard which I don't have.  Do NOT pay them and verify with UPS directly.

It is a scam. Just called UPS and they say the number is not associated with them. However, it looks like that number belongs to a customer of theirs going by the name of Sorority Spirit and GUAUPS.

Don't call back. Phishing scam.

Got a phone call from UPS to change our CC information, i called the UPS main #s to make sure it was legit. It was.

I received a call from this number on 12/16 and I asked for a phone number and name and said I would call them back. I then proceed to google the number and found it was scam. I called the number back and it just rang and rang. I called UPS and they told me it was not their number and the only time the call is if your account is in serious jeopardy. ITS A SCAM. The guy on the phone asked me to report it to their Fraud department.
