YUP! New number...new "collector"....new "scare tactics".........going after this S.O.B.....somehow managed to "hack" into info that I have NOT entered into the internet......
This is illegal and I intend to persuue accordingly.........
IF I had 2 fraud cases pending against me, I would have already been in cuffs, and had already been 'informed' LEGALLY, by our legal system..............

Woman called Friday on home and cell, instructing me to call this number, says her name is "Denise Sparks" and that she is a "process server" and is scheduled to serve me a summons on "charges" pending against me.  Also called me sister and mother.  Now, I have had my identity stolen a few years back, and had some piece of work try to claim I owed some pay day lender money, which was a lie.  Used scare tactics like sheriff coming to arrest me with warrant if I didn't pay!  By the way folks, it's not against the law to be in debt in this country, so that was a big give a way that it was a scam.  This is another scam, and they are using same info that they used over the last few years to try and scam me again.  Exact same woman called again, telling me I needed to call the "office" this time, to avoid receiving a summons to court!  (But wait!  I thought you already have a summons for me?!!  Liar!). Oh, this same woman is now "Ms. Wilson" when she was Ms. Sharp Friday.  Maybe she has multiple personalities!  Not!  Scum of the Earth liars and scammers using scare tactics to get money that doesn't belong to them!  DO NOT RETURN THEIR CALLS!

I received the same call today claiming that I have 2 fraud cases!!?!?!??!  Do they call you every day? Whats there next game???

Same thing, caller threatens to send a summons.  It was a valid debt, but they never sent me anything proving they held the debt.  Said they did but it was sent back, which was a lie.  So I started making payments. I kept asking for documentation of proof, but was told they take that as a way to get out of paying.  They kept threatening to serve me.  So I kept paying.  Finally filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office in my state.  He called Landmark and got the runaround.  I did not make a payment this month, and I did not get a call from Landmark threatening me with a summons since I did not pay.  Highly unlikely I will get the money back.  I was told by the Attorney General's office:  Always demand something in writing, because the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practice Act states debt collectors must send you something.  Also find out their license number, and see if your state requires debt collectors to have a license to collect there.  If they send something in writing you can check them out.  Landmark does not have a website of any sort, and they will not give you their address.  At the beginning of April I told them I was going to file for bankruptcy and needed their address for my lawyer, and the still would not give it to me.  They asked for my lawyer's name instead, then threatened to serve me for not paying.  I feel so stupid that they scared me into giving them money.  Please people be careful.  I am only posting this to try to help others, not to try to scam legitimate debt collectors.  If they are legitimate I have found they will work with you.
