I am a notary public, and was asked to do a signing for this company. I spoke to some other notaries that I know, and was advised to NOT take the gig. The company has some pretty shady practices, and regularly stiffs their notaries. Needless to say, I did not take the offer!

SCAM ALERT!!  This phone number are to people who claim to be "debt consolidators" and "notaries."  Mobile Notaries beware, they try to use mobile notaries to help gather more information and make their "scheme" appear to be more legitimate.  Do not pass any more information onto these people.  They are scammers!!!  They will call you saying that they represent an attorney and will pay you via paypal or check upon completion of the signing.  They will require you to call and set up the signing with a "client" which is actually victim #1 and then call the client before you go and email them once you call them, confirm with the client, and actually arrive at the house.  This phone number and all messages related to the scam they tried to pull on me have been provided to the police; however, other things point to that this is an international scheme so the police can't do anything about it.

Did a notary never paid report to better business bureau

I was contacted by this company. It seemed legit until I got the contract they wanted to get signed and notarized. There we multiple spelling errors, there were different business names all of the place, once clause said all current and other employees have access (to the customers credit card!) I decided to google the number and after seeing this I called the signed and told her I was not comfortable signing it and that I thought it was a scam. She agreed. When I let the company know they said they wouldn’t be using me again for them nor their sister companies. GOOD!!!!

lower your interest rate scam. They call incessantly, heavy Spanish accents. Rude

They are looking to get lowest price, and then they will send you the order if you give away the work. They have to "get approval from their supervisor" , so ask to speak with the decision maker, and they will fall apart on you.  Its a call center calling, they know very basic information.

I also did a signing for them and they said they sent the payment on October 17th but never did. What actions did you take to collect?

I did a signing for a debt consolidation with this company and was never paid. After several calls and emails I was told that the payment had been sent on October 17th but it never was. Has anyone ever gotten actually paid from this company?
