Caller Call and said they are from a couier, need me to sign paper for a law fiem . Try to call this number back no listing. it's a scam, thye being doing this for week and months

Be Careful! I think they try to scare you with the word "legal".  Makes you wonder why they need a courier. Don't they have access to FedEx or UPS?  What about registered mail?

Sounds very fishy. They called my girlfriend and tried to get her to agree to payment plans.

If you get a call from them, simply ask for THEIR information to verify they are a legitimate business. Any real business should have a listed phone number or at least a physical address or website listing.

They may try to make you give away more personal information than you should.

Just be cautious.

This company call outsource legal prep called me and said that  they were trying to get up with me to sign some legal doc. and then they call me and said that i borrowed mony 1-8-08 and that i need to pay $600 or i will be going to court for ckfraud and also for not paying the loan bk.

All you need to do is send this company a letter telling them to "Cease and Desist all communications" (Dont put your address on the return address portion of the envelope, put theirs). Here is their address:  Outsource Legal Prep, PO Box 765, Amherst, NY 14226.  They are threatening illegally. Dont worry, if these people had papers to serve you at your residence or home, they would have already have done it without calling you! Truth of the matter is, they dont have your home address or your employment; that is why they are calling you. They are hoping that you will give it to them!

Can i write the letter? Does it need notarized?? These people are crazy!!

I just received a call from them too from a blocked number. Message gave me an 855-212-9413. Same story as the others. I am going to report them.

They are doing the same thing to me. Obviously, if they were going to serve me they would've done it already. The message states, "My name is Michael Mason and I will be stopping by your place of employment late today so please make yourself available." I've been here everyday and they haven't done it yet. I think my info. has been sold to them.

They will also call from mobile numbers. idiots!! They bothered me so bad that I had my number changed!!

DO NOT GIVE IN to these people. DO NOT CONFIRM anything what so ever!! They want to confirm your personal info especially your bank account. They will use every lingo and scare tactic in the "FALSE STATEMENT" book. UNTIL they can provide you a LEGIT DEBT VALIDATION LETTER just send them a CEASE AND DESIST letter because they are most likely breaking every FDCPA LAW to man kind. Mail and fax them a letter stating that you want communications done in writing and that a debt validation letter is needed however look into your specific state to see if this so called "client" of theirs can even lend in your state--pay day loans. IF it's for any other debt it's a good idea to take time to research and don't forget every state in the USA has a JUSTICE DEPT with ATTORNEY GENERAL'S. FILE a claim if you have to! It's unfortunate people make a living off old, sometimes false debts. They are what you call bottom feeders. They take a debt and quadruple the amount for their own immoral benefit.

yes they are awful people! I had an LPA look them up by phone number and she said no such company exsists. I then spoke with the fraud dept. of the original lender and she said she had never heard of them and also looked them up and sent me fraud verification. They are SCAMMERS!!! do not give into them!! Your info was sold to them. they have only bare minimum of info on you, they are hoping you give up the rest!! CRIMINALS!!! file a complaint with the FTC the Attorney General and the FBI.... these scams are being investigated across the country. I also sent a cease and desist as well as had my cell number changed (thats the only # they had....which was fishy to me....if I really owed money wouldnt they have ALL my number??) JERKS!!
