I just got a call from Freeda Thompson ID herself as a private corrier calling from 513-921-9821 saying they have a paackage needing my signature at my place of employment or home. gave # of 855-350-5495 to call if I had questions...

This is a collection agency and I use that term loosely... They are full of beans. If you are being sued they will not call you and tell you this. They are trying to scare you and will stop at nothing to do so. I would call them back and asked them what time they are stopping by so you can expect them. Perhaps you can tell them you will have coffee waiting. Do not give them any information whatsoever. These are total hacks that violate the collections laws all the time. I would have fun with them but do not give them any information.

ive been called by this number 8503505495 by Tom Crawford wanting money that was owed for a loan for fast cash. if not payed im being sued for 2,000 bucks.  this is a crock of bull and whatever you do dont give out any info including a credit card #.

This number called my work, 8553505495. they said they were IAG address 495 commerce driver amherst, ny 14221, that i needed to pay them 430 today or i was being sued, right. we all know they can't do this. Report them to FTC. Her name was jennifer @ ext 110

they are harassing me at work...they need to stop.

called my friends and my work asking for fax numbers to deliver documents.  totally rude and unprofessional.

repeated calls  with the message they have a recording of me committing to a payment plan,.  Pathetic.......do not owe anyone but one card and that is good.

I have a recording of them but they don't have a recording from me.   truth and lies.

This company IAG have called twice from this number, today was the second time. For the last three months they used 716-558-7549 calling about every 10 to 15 minutes just before 4 PM. I put that number on the Do Not Call List, now they have started with 855-350-5495. When I was able to speak to a person, I informed them that the person they are looking for has not had this number in over 6 years. I guess that does not matter to them, just as long as they harass someone. The address I found for the
company is, Mountain Partners LLC, 223 S. Green Bay Rd, Waukegan, Illinois 60085 (847) 623-4000. Also contact the New York Attorneys' General Office (716) 853-8400 and complain.

called me and said my file or case number and said if i didnt pay such and such i would be sued or taken up for further action to collect this debt and dat i needed to put a card on file so i can make monthly payments of 69 dollars or be garnished..lol its a scam cuz i just read other posts regarding this number

Received a message from IAG as well. Recording about needing my statement on file before final review. Sounds like another wannabe scary collection agency scam. Not calling back.

Mr Brown at IAG called my husband's cell phone asking for a Caroline Pena whoever that is & said they are going to sue.
My husband has had this cell # for abt 5yrs.  When I called them back they were very rude when I told them we do not know this Caroline Pena & when I asked why they called us he hung up on me.

I've been receiving calls from this number and several other numbers which I know are (Magic Jack) numbers for almost a year now.  I believe that thesse people get your number when you sign-up through one of those loan agencies that will look for a match to suit your need.  Never do that because you don't know who else is looking at your information! Do check your SS# and report phone calls to the detectives.  Also, inform your news channels. They will be catch!

Got a call from a "Mr. Brooks of the Asset Group" (caller id 7165046775). Said I needed to call him right back at 8553505495.

Got a call from Mr. Brooks Asset Group need to call back right away; urgent will be in office until 7:00 p.m.

This number left a message on my Mother in laws phone said they needed a deposition... ??? The company name given was Account Recovery Services. I tried to call back no response

I got a call from them too and i had gotten calls before from them when they were iag.they had to change there name because of all of the law suits.i have already contacted my attorney.

How can I stop a debt collector from contacting me?
