We are receiving calls on a daily basis from this number leaving a message for a "Michael Dingman" (at least that is what it sounds like). Their is NO ONE at this residence with this name.  Today they have called 4 times - the recording indicates to hang up if you are not Michael Dingman, but this does not stop the calls. THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER!!!!! Please stop these calls.

We receive calls daily, when we answer no caller there, no messages are left. When we call back we get the "auto attendant" suggesting to access the directory?  Calls received 2-4 per day.

They refuse to give me their address and "Tom" gets angry when you challenge him on proving this is actually my debt and hangs up. I call back 3 more times and they hang up! Real professional. I'm trying to see if this is a case or stolen identity and they are not even close to being professional.

And I just kept calling over and over again. They have groovy on-hold music, though.

I receive these calls quite frequently throughout the day one person on the line even threatened me that he was gonna call 10 more times because I was swearing at him and telling him to stop calling. Really unprofessional I want to find out who this company is and shut them down.

I too talked with "Tom" today.  After being harassed by previous people from IAG on different days, they threatened to garnish my wages. They had access to a small bank account that I have (after I stupidly gave it to them) They took out $20 and when I didn't have the funds to take out any more a few days later  they called and threatened me again. I had to hang up on them as they became abusive. I reported them to the FTC then I tried to call them back at the number they called me from. My call kept getting rejected. They took out more money out of my account today so I called and cancelled the card. The bank is going to report it as fraud.  Today I asked for a verification for the debt from "Tom" and after arguing with him he said he would send one and hung up. These are scumbags and need to be shut down. They will not give you any information as to their address etc.

Okay someone name Mr. Jackson keeps calling me.  I want this calling to stop! Now I'm getting my work involved because they are harassing me at work. I'm contacting my Management here to see what we can do about these people calling my job!

IAG keeps calling making harrassing phone calls to my cell phone claiming there is some legal issues that need my urgent attention. How do I make these phone callls stop, they call sevral times a day.

do we know who they are collecting for?  i get several calls and when i explain that when people are out they forward their phones to the receptionist and when i try to forward to voicemail, it rings back to me, they get offended and tell me that they dialed directly.  why yes, you did dial directly, but did you not understand what i just said?  such dummies.  her name was lori crain and she didn't leave a company name.  and is an 855 number toll free?  who freakin' knew?

Recently read that this company along with a few other ny based collection companies were sued for their illegal collection practices.

I received a voicemail from a local number and this 855 number was left on my voicemail, he said he was an outsourced legal service and that my account has been flagged as fraud and that I or my attorney needs to call him back ASAP. They won't give me any of their information to pass on to my attorney. This is collection scare tactics and it is not legal for them to threaten or scare you into paying something they wil give you little information about. He 1st said he was with an outsourced legal firm  (whatever)but then said he was with ADS. Legal firms would not be calling you from 855 numbers nor would they give you the run around on getting their information. They are [***]!

Got a call from this agency too, guy identified himself as Mr. Baker.  While he pleasant enough to me, I got the spiel everyone else did.   He tried to get me to agree that I owed the debt but I said I would call back.  The caller ID on my work phone, (yes, he called me at work. I did not answer my cell), had  a local number of 713-574-8413. I queried him about it and was told that by Federal law, they had to be licensed in every state and had to have a local number. I don't know about the had to have a local number deal, seems like they spoofed a number. Here's the odd part, he said they provided a toll free number so that I won't rack up long distance charges. For using a local number?  The company was identified as ADS.
