Call back number from a restricted number, supposedly from a courier that's going to serve me papers??

got one saying the same thing today, dont know what about cant get ahold of anyone. sounded very insistant though.

I got a call from this company at work. They should know better not to call anyone at work. He left his name and extension number. Very rude person.

Threatening phone calls -- recording -- IAG or IAD not sure I got the name right.

I keep getting a call from a David Lavine but I think it's another scam. I get five different scammers calling my phone daily multiple times. He told me I'm going to have a summons but it's been about a month and I haven't received any summons at all. Is this a scam or not?

Look, it's a group of BOTTOMFEEDERS that TRY to collect money from CHARGE OFFS of card lenders. There is no way any will be called to check if you're around to be served ANY LEGAL PAPERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

use your droid, block the number and enjoy your day. The callers are rude becasue they hit their head against walls all day, so i feel for them. Plus the fact that they fell for the HUGE commission checks they were promised by their employer.

These people have called me several times in reference to someone who had my phone# almost 2 years ago.  Their automated message says if you are not this person, hang up now, but they don't take your number off the list and call you back a few days later.  Today I answered and hit 0 to speak with someone.  Tried to explain, was transferred in mid-sentence, then the next Neanderthal hung up on me mid-sentence.  Off to the FCC to file a complaint. I know it's a thankless job, but when you are calling me, in error, on my cell phone minutes, I should have some say in the matter.

Called about an unresolved debt that I know nothing about. If it is legit they should leave a number and identify themselves.

WHO IS JULIAN(NE) CASTILLO?
Ever since I got my phone number I have been getting shifty and mysterious calls, telling me that if I am not JULIAN(NE) CASTILLO that I should hang up. For the first few months I did, but they kept calling me and calling... so finally I decided to keep listening...
The automatic male voice on the other end said said that JC was wanted by some international asset group and had a file number of 567836.
Now, I want the phone calls to stop. But I also want to know:
WHO THE HECK IS JULIAN(NE) CASTILLO!!!????????

They are relentless. They called my mobile phone constantly (but I never answered).

This is IAG (International Asset Group).  They are known for breaking the laws, such as threatening legal action that they don't intend to take, calling repeatedly (harrassment), not sending letters when they retain the account, and ignoring cease and desist of telephonic communication.  I recommend giving them no information and avoiding them at all costs because they don't follow the law and will use any information to hound you.  I have reported them for all of this and everyone else should to as more people that complain to FCC and NY Atty General (Where they are located) will help to stop this ruthless practice.

This number has been calling me at work. I am disturbed already. This is practically and literally a case of harassment. I am going to sue this people for disturbing my peace at work and at home. I am going to call government agency to check on this and let this people stopped.

Please give me the address of FCC and New York Atty General so I could right them to stop the people from harassing me and many others. Thank you.

This company has called me from this number and another one, saying i need to call them and I will be served papers, it has been over 4 or 5 months, nothing. He threatend me today on voicemail saying I have been notified, but yet won't leave a message on what it is concerning. I have had other people call and tell me that this is an attempt to collect on a debt, and have even said what. These people have also been contacting people that is in my family and not my family. I have no clue who or how they would even get that information, but they tell them that i will be served papers, and I better call. they are not even allowed to talk to other people about an account, much less tell them they better tell me I will be recieving papers in the next few days if I don't call. I am appalled by these messages and threats, and I will not be scared of these people.

How do I get this to stop, they have even called my family members, how they get their numbers I don't know. Mr brother, my daughter  n law and my daughter n laws mother. I can't believe they tell them that If I don't call them back ASAP I will be summond with legal papers at my house. So they call me all in a panic. What do I do. Called and left messages today saying I better call them or legal action will take place and that I have been notified. Please help.

I have had calls from this # and it was a debt collecting agency. I believe the company is called IAG. I spoke with a man name Gabriel and he said that he is calling to collect a debt for a loan company that i borrowed from over a year ago. Said if I don't pay i was going to be served and have my wage garnished if i don't pay. They even called my at work and everything. I panic and ended up paying over $300 a month on a monthly payment plan because i did take out a loan through the company that He had mentioned, but the problem was i took the loan out for someone else and that person bailed out on me so i wasn't able to pay the loan off. So far i've made one payment, but I guess i should've of done my homework before agreeing to pay this company! But, I didn't want to be served or have my wage garnished so I did it...anyone know how i can get out of this. I stop allowing them to debit my account for more payments, so he is calling me back and telling me about the lawsuit again. I tried calling back several times, but most times it just keeps ringing and no answer. Help!!!

you every right to receive a legit paperwork coming from the debt collector, once you receive the paperwork to show what you have to pay, debt collector can not call and harass you or family or friends to find, just stick to your guns and do not pay anything until you have prove.
