these people keep on pestering me. They claim they are from Windows and Microsoft. Speak with very heavy accents. The want to get into my computer. They claim it's hacked. I told them to go to hell but they keep on calling. I don't pick up the phone anymore.

Called at 9pm--bedtime for me.

Same old BS fix your computer scam. Lot of noise in the background and heavy Indian accent. New number old shtick.

Called at 9:30 at night wife asleep I picked up on second ring and listened and dead silence, harassment and obvious scam

Called late. Said vital computer had malware. Said from Microsoft. I hung up. This is the second time today

They told me they were from windows support and I had malware on my PC and they needed to fix it for me.  I told them that was really weird, that I only had my work computer and it was so locked down since it was an FBI computer.  He sort of hesitated and I said "hang on a second, and let me trace your call for our records - wow! it looks like a spoofed number and I can see your IP address behind a firewall.  I will have to report this - give me another second and I will give your address - it's foreign so it will take a little longer".  He hung up and hasn't called back.

"Computer virus/hacker" scam

Three calls from this number in one night.  None answered, thanks to this site.  I'm sure the number is overseas, and likely to disappear in a week or so.

Saw number on Cid picked up hung up hit call blocker don't answer calls I'm not familiar with. Called at 8:08 this morning I work nights 😣 I'm sick to death of these A$$ Holes  Why can't someone put a stop to this pure harassment. Soon as you block number they come up with a new one.

Called at 10:30pm.  I was already in bed and asleep.  What scum bags do this??  Thought it was an family emergency so I ran to the phone in the dark and answered it.  The scum bag hung up on me.

Called after 9:30pm, left no message.  Spam caller.

msft scammers TRASH.BLOCKED...............AGAIN......

Called twice in one night 855-354-1010, left no message.  Scam!  I will call to have phone company disconnect their line for violating regulations.

Your phone company will not and can not do anything you are wasting your time.

...his phone company can block the number for him, or he can get a call blocker and do that himself.... so not a waste of time.

2 days in a row call blocked will never say hello to any strange number pick up slam it down then block it I can still block 1100 numbers they either will ware me down or I will ware them down. What a bunch of SCUM.

They called at ten o'clock at night, caller can't pronounce my last name, tired of these calls , hung up on him.  They called four times today. Like Really!!!!!!

No Paula, it is much worse than that.   They ask you to download and install software so that they can take control of your computer, so that they can remove a virus.  However, what they really do is steal all of your personal information from your computer, so they can commit Identity Theft and steal your money.

Sick and tired of these calls. One tonight at 10:45.  Ready to get rid of land line.
