Called twice this morning. First time  I told him to put me on do-not-call list. 2nd time was a called a mother---- after I told him my computers don't run windows and weren't Macs and asked him as a computer wizard to tell me what was left that would run on a standard PC. (BTW the answer is LINUX - in my case openSuse)

Called several times Friday evening, as late as 9:55PM PDT.  When I tried to answer one of the calls no one was on the line.

Phish call for "windows technical center" about my computer hat had downloaded viruses from the internet.  When I told her she was nto from Windows or Microsoft, and ti wasn't going to happen, she told me to go to hell.

 SCAM SCAM SCAM !!  At this moment would like to break their dialing fingers!     IGNORANT SCUMBAGS !!          Called at 10:55 p.m. and I am ticked.   We have to get up at 5:00 A.M.   NEVER CALL AT THIS TIME OF NIGHT !

Same experience. I told them immediately to placed on a do not call list (despite that I am on the national registry). Very rude and had an Indian-sounding accent. No disrespect to legitimate foreign callers, but this was certainly an international scammer.

when i call the number back, the recording says "this is a cooperative utility number, please contact your local utility", whatever that means.

Called at 10:45 p.m. PDT 09/20/2016. I try not to answer on numbers I don't recognize. Has to stop.

They called me twice yesterday and twice today. I never answered.

Was called twice by this number once at 7:3 pm pacific  time and next @ 9:39 pm pacific time . Couldn't hardly understand him  all I caught was calling abouT windows.

They called last night at 10:20pm and it Was  Japanese woman I told her never call here again! They called 3 times the next day and again at 10:20 pm. This time an Indian man saying he was from Windows technical support! I told him if he ever called again I would report them! How do we stop them!! This is crazy! They keep waking us up!!!

Got a call tonight at 10:31 PM. No one was there when I answered. Now to try to go back to sleep.

These are foreign criminals trying to steal money from honest Americans.

Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones.  For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring.  You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.

Calls late at night. 10:35 pm PST. Tonight, i answered and asked "why do you feel it is ok to call at 10:30 at night?" Woman hung up. Scammers drive me crazy during the day, but, late at night??? You've got to be kidding me! Some people are trying to sleep.

Called me three times in 8 hours. First time I didn't pick up.  Next time I said "take me off your call list"  Third time they called at 10:21 p.m.--tried to tell me I had a virus on my PC.  The woman was rude and relentless, I finally just had to hang up on her.

Creeps called 6 times overnight. Good thing the home phone is in the other room & I sleep well. They will get an earful if I do answer. 😡

SCAM -  they called twice.  First time at 1:28am  and then at 10: 44pm.

It is time that the phone company that is the carrier of this phone number pulls the plug.  Stop worrying about your pocketbook and pull the plug on these scammers.  After so many complaints it should be an automatic decision!!!!!!!

The TSP (Telephone Service Providers) would have to listen to the calls themselves ... they would rather law enforcement investigators get court subpoenas and do the listening, and then get a court order to shut down the calls. At this time, going by the posts so far, it appears no one knows if this is a spoofed number or not.

Sick of this.  I even threaten on my message machine to "stay on the line so i can bust your eardrum".
