Sarah has now incorporated in New York as ITB Arbitration.  It is a scam.  Now using number of 855-354-6170. They are located at:  3719 Union Rd. Ste 216, Cheektowaga, NY 14225.  They are a registered corporation, as of June 2014,  with NYS DOS ID #4592661.  DO NOT pay them anything.  The recordings they leave are illegal and should be reported to the NYS DOS, The FTC, and the Office of the Attorney General of NY.

Repeatedly receiving phone calls from 855-354-6170. They are leaving messages and being/acting very persistent. One of the messages ask that a phone call be returned to a Brad Williams, and he left a case number. I returned the call because I wanted to say a few things. A recording picked up and I hit "O" and this Brad person answered. He asked me to hold so I held for about 4 minutes and he never came back on the line. If it continues a call will be returned to him by an interested third party. I will notify my local police - they are very interested in SCAMS.

I had already started paying them then I closed my checking account so Brad Williams has called me repeatedly even though I'm working with a third party company to help me with my debt...I am so glad I saw this because I was seriously considering paying even more!  How do these people sleep at night knowing they are scamming hard working Americans out of their money?

I continue to get calls from Brad Williams claiming I owe money.  I called the company they claim I owe who advised me that I do not have any account with them, and that they have received other complaints about ITB Arbitration harassing people over fraudulent debts.  DO NOT PAY them anything.  It is a scam.  Report them to the Office of the US Attorney General for investigation.  The phone messages they leave are illegal based on the FDCPA even if it was a legitimate debt.  Today I cursed Brad out and hung up.  He called back 4 times which is further harassment.

Brad called me again today...he called my cell phone twice then my work number...there has got to be a way to make this harassment stop!

Marie - tell him it is against the law for him to harass you, that you now know his collections are illegal and that you are reporting him to the Attorney General.  Did they give you an address or were they taking payment directly from your bank account?

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

Received numerous calls from this number. I did take out a payday loan two years ago and defaulted on it, however only after finding out they are ILLIGAL in the state of florida. I was told by the Florida Department of Financial Regulation to close my checking account and I did. Now I am getting harrassing phone calls. I called the Florida Attorney general and they agreed that I should file a harassment claim under the fair debt act. I never stated I wouldn't pay them, just not on their terms. I kept getting hung up on after someone yelling at me " This is a direct refusal, keep your ID on you at all times!". I hope they do sue me. I would love to countersue them on their dime.

ITB Arbitrations is also using the number 855-746-0220. A very rude man left a message with my boss informing him that someone will come to the job to serve me, and a warrant will be issued for my arrest if I don't take care of the debt within the hour.  He also left a docket number, which I am not able to locate at any court. When I called the number listed, I was informed that they did not say such a thing, however, the $500 taken out from "Cashline", which is now "Nations Cash". is the debt they were calling for. That debt was given over to Debt Management Partners. There is a company called "Nations Cash", however, they are not suing me, nor do they have an account for me. There is a company still called "Cashline", however, says that they don't have my account, and they only serve California. The woman said the $500 will eventually turn into $5000 plus if I don't resolve the account within an hour. Also, the person that called my place of employment was a courier, and that if I paid right then, she could contact the attorney to have the courier stopped from contacting me at work. This is the second time I was contacted. The first time, I tried to pay, however, I didn't want to give them my bank account info, and because of that, they wouldn't take any other form of payment. Now, the same thing. Sorry [***]. I've contacted a consumer rights attorney, and am going to record all calls. My place of employment has been notified to direct them to the legal dept. at the job.

Omg I was scammed. I paidbrad them 750.00
