I got the same email word for word, except with a different account manager name and extension.
Twice, one on November 6 and again on November 12. I have not done business with Telus for two years, and my account was fully paid up at closure. Suspect a scam.

3-4 times per month.
I blocked it but it still keeps coming.
I just delete it.
