Of course it's a scam!

They send me a letter from collections agency stating I made some transaction in western union. I don’t have any account with them. I’m on the fraud line and they don’t help after 60 min in the call. Also these money taken out of my Wells Fargo account payout to Moldova country. That’s shame that western u ion customer service even doesn’t tell me if these transactions are under my name!!

If you have received a letter from a third party debt collector, then that letter should be telling you exactly what you need to do. Making phone calls isn't part of it.
