got a call sayin they have complaint filed against me for 3223.00 n owe no one nothng..i just got this phone n phone number..so company who suppose to b filing the complaint dont have this number!!..total scam!!!! 855-379-9042

All phone numbers are recycled.  No one gets rid of a number without a good reason since it a pain in the butt to notify everyone.  So now you know why the former owners got rid of that number.

Sounds like a debt collection extortion scam.  Trying to scare you by telling you that you are going to be sued.

Called and left a threatening message regarding "an urgent legal matter" on my voicemail in bad English. Absolutely a scam, we owe nothing to nobody.

I just got the same call, I figures it was a scam. DELETED the voicemail.

This # has been calling my phone for months. They are saying I'm going to be sued for a $2500 debit from a hospital bill from 2004.

I got the same call not to long ago for the same reason dating back to 2004 except I owed 2600.

Scam, they are phishing for info , try to confirm your SSN, they have some pieces of info, and trying to fill in the blank .. beware!!!!

I got the same call. Called them back. Said there was an unspecified amount owed to a hospital. Haven't been there in 30 years. A complete scam

I got an unknown voicemail from this number (the phone didn't even ring). Caller said his name was Mike Lopez with an Urgent Message for someone who wasn't even me concerning a legal action in a lawsuit complaint against the person he was trying to reach with the phone number  to return a call to the firm handling the complaint and a case number to use. If this was on the up-and-up why would it be from an unknown source and why wouldn't he provide the name of the office he was calling from? Total scam. I just deleted it

They called, same message as listed by others. They knew my SSN and DOB. Has me a bit worried

My complaint is the same as those above....call about a legal issue...... I would be sued if I did not call back "Maggie Cooper" SCAM!! Second call like this I have gotten this year!! Get a job and work for your money instead of trying to steal it from honest, hard-working citizens....you SCUM!!!

Scam, scam ,scam ,court mater.  do not answer  ,,,do not call back  said his name is Jason that is probably  fake as well.

Called asking for my husband who died 10 years ago. I didn't have this number then, I asked what they wanted n how they got my number since I didn't have it for 10 years, lady hung up, I called back and exact same thing. Said they were lawyers Bernstein n berg. I'll check that next

I got a message today Nd called back about an old debt. They asked for $2000 and I owed $609. Called the company, original creditor and it was sold three times but the balance should have never changed. Threatened to put a lien on my car but couldn’t give me an address where my car was located. Website seems legit but I just don’t know. This dent is from 8 years ago and seems like it would have been done already.

Jessica Sumpter stated she had something to send me and they were trying to contact me several  times.

Same person, Jessica Sumpter said the same thing trying to send something for my brother. I asked to remove my number because they were calling the wrong person and she said "calm down" and hung up on me. I called back and she said "we removed your number" and hung up again. How rude, I'm supposed to hang up on them!
