trying to collect but not willing to verify info that they have right person want you to give them your info very unprofessional

I called these people 8 times in one hour and let them pitch me their whole "pitch" and every time they had my name right and last four of my social but everytime they gave me a different website that I supposedly got a "loan" from and they all gave me different totals of what they say they were hired to obtain from me! from 1500.00 to 3333.00 up to one person saying 6884.22 ! Eight different amounts eight different people! I called all the different numbers listed for "Bloom &Smith" and a few times I got the same person but Im  not counting them in this post. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT BE SCARED> when I told them about all the different people I spoke to before they all had different excuses . But I will say they are really slick with staying calm. dont let that fool you. I am PROOF that this is a full out scam!

I have had four calls from this number to my job, how do I stop them from calling?

I got calls from someone saying that they was taking me to court on a payday loan I never even heard of knew about my bank last Ssn and my date of birth

Called demanding money and that they was going to take me to court i didn't realize it was a scam until I got online to research

My daughter's in-laws keep getting calls from Bloom Smith looking for MY husband.  Gave a case number of 2014-xxx-xxx.  They are calling on almost a daily basis.  Very embarrassing, humiliating and totally unnecessary as we don't owe on any unsettled debts.  They were calling us b4 from this number also until we moved and changed numbers.  Very frustrating. Scammers and have been reported to the FTC.

Well said! I just received this exact phone call from an "Erica Evans" from Bloom and Smith. So glad I looked up the return phone number she gave me before dealing with her any further. I found your information VERY helpful. Thanks for taking the time to warn all of us potential fraud victims :)

Atty Bloom -- you have an email.

They called from same number but id'd themselves as "fleet water group"    refused to provide me a copy of debt papers etc.   Gave case #2014-xxxxxx.
so sick of them calling me my friends and my family.   Leave me alone!!!!!
