An "investigator" called my private line, for my brother. Left a very nasty, detailed message stating that my brother is involved in a criminal matter and will be served by Lewiston McCarthy legal services.
He also stated to call 855-393-4770 using a ''docket'' number to get in touch about the summons.

I called it, it's a collection agency called RPG

I told them not to call MY line again, forwarded the message on to my brother and also had them send something to him in writing.

That's not a good way to business or collections.

I got the same message. i don't know anything about it. It's wrong to terrorize people to make a business work.

these people make me laugh--guy called stating that he was calling from my local county court office and left the same number.  Never knew that my local county had a phone number that was out of state--SCAMMERS

I received a call from a very rude lady who said she owned this company, she said I would be served with papers that I owe some payday company because I had an account with Frost Bank in Houston Texas, I said I had never owned a pay day loan or lived in Houston Texas, she stated well you opened the bank account and payday account on line,,,are you serious lady, she then said since they havce my email address, and my last four and date of birth that I owe them $2200 I let her know that I was the victim of identity theft and had to file bankruptcxy she said she was going to contact thr bankruptcy court and tell them I was commiting fraud if I did not pay her I asked for a supervisor and she would not give one. It sounded as if she was at home, I asked for the company I alledgedly owe's information and she said she would just send the sherrif to my job or house tomorrow, I said what part of what I just said was she not understanding. I hung up called back several times and she is the only one that answers.....I guess when I will receive my court papers I will go to the judge and give him proof,,,,smdh

I just receive a call from a blocked caller she left a message with the name of investgator glass or gladys from the cook county clerk office and that she was gonna send someone to deliver a summons between 12-4 and i need two forms of id. And if im not home between those hours i need to call the people who hired her at 855-393-4770. I did a payday loan online a couple of months ago. and i didnt pay them because there is no info to send it back to them. they called someone who i have'nt spoken to in over 15 yrs. this is a scammer i think.i just called that number and he answered hello this is chris and i said why r u harrassing and calling me. who r u? we represent r clients and i dont have to answer u abt anything. i said then stop callin me. and he hung up. 5 min later he said lets talk quietly abt this matter and solve it. I said u called me threatnin and now u want to set up payments and you want more of my personal info .hell no and i told them send those court papers u wanted to send me. They said they r helping hydro payday loan online to get their money back.

Received voice mail from a very rude Mr. Gabon telling me he was from my county court house and was to deliver a summons within 48 hours. Was relieved to have found this website so I could identify who this was from. These people use false identity. They need to be stopped!

I got a call (855-393-4770) from these f##kers this morning on my vm at work. They claimed they had 2 accounts using my email and SSI#. So I called them back and spoke to a guy and I asked for the address because I had no clue what they were talking about and I am going to send then a dispute letter and request proof of the debt. That's exactly what I told the man. This dude went ape [***]!! He asked me why did I want to dispute it and I said b/c it was not my debt. He just continued to be belligerent and I finally just said I had the info I needed, wished him a nice day and hung up. This was at 8:30am. Another person called me again that afternoon and said I would be served with papers tomorrow from 12-4 & that I should have a supervisor & 2 forms of id. That bull crap sent me over the edge! I called them back and let them know that I would be reporting them to the FTC & the BBB. I also stated that if they continue to harass me in any way, I will sue them due to their violation of the consumer credit reporting act. They picked the wrong lady to mess  with! They are full of crap!

SENT ME A LETTER AFTER CALLING MY JOB.

Received a call from these horrible people. An old neighbor gave out my unlisted phone number, and they are looking ofr her. They purported to be from Cook Cty Court Office. They wre rude and crude. Hung up on me several times, Were verbally abusive, refused to give me a supervisor, swore at me. These people have been in business for YEARS. Np matter how many complaints are made, they keep operating.

This loser called unknown and left a message stating that he would be at my home or place of employment by wednesday with the US marshalls..... i should have two forms of ID and a suervisor as a witness. at the end of the message he said GOOD LUCK! Totally unprofessional! I cant wait to see them Wednesday! which is tomorrow!......wish me LUCK! apparently i need it!.....lol

This company is calling harrassing me. The lady is making all kinds of rude comments. I would like for them to cease and desist all communication with me.

Then send them a certified cease and desist letter with signature requested.  Around $5.80 @  US Postal service. If it is not delivered,  or they don't comply, then you have a scammer and nothing short of a call blocker will stop the phone from ringing.

Did they show up?

I just got a phone call from that # who told me that they were hired by the San Diego County Service Office and that they would be delivering documents to my resident btw 1-4pm and that I needed to be present or that I would have to pay the Sheriff/Marshal fees.  I requested that they send me the documents and stop calling me.  Thanks for this page.
