I got a phone call from them as well . Leaving threaten messages on my phone stating that it's my best interest to call them today or else. Making up bogus stuff on my phone. I don't know who these folks are but the pick the wrong person to f**k with on this scam they trying to scare you on giving them money.

I also received a call from them threatening to come to my place of employment.  They refused to even tell me who this was in regards to when I called them back.  They wanted my SS#, driver's license number and email.  Sorry but I don't give this information out over the phone nor the computer.  I got all kinds of threats but so far, no one has come to my house.

So funny.  I got a phone call from this woman said she was with some court that was going to serve me papers on monday.  She also stated to make sure i had my drivers license and social security with me when they deliver the papers to my home on monday...and to please have a supervisor there to be a witness.  WTF.

I called back and it's a collection agency...i told her to "bring in on...I'd love to see someone serve me papers for something I don't owe" and to stop calling and harrassing me.

I also got the same phone number message on my cell phone - but it was from an different agency "resolution performance group"   Too funny.

I just got a call from this company on both my cell phone and my work phone.  Both times it came up as "blocked call".  I didn't answer my cell phone but was left a message by Kenneth Craft stating that I was going to be served with a summons for bank fraud.  When he called my work number I answered and said we didn't have anyone by that name.  He hung up.  I know it's a scam.  I get these calls every few months and file a complaint with the FTC.  They will go on for a few days until they receive notification of my complaint.  What ever you do, don't give them one dime.

Oh No!  I got a call from them today -- telling me they were from Baltimore County.  They said I owed them money (NOT) and they were suing me.   They then stated I needed a supervisor/employer present when i signed my legal documents.  I told her as nicely as she was to me "BRING IT ON BABE, I CAN"T WAIT TO SEE YOUR SORRY ASS IN COURT!"

Got a call too but mysteriously they called my Dad' s cell phone.  My dad bever checks his voicemail as he is not technologically savvy.  So the call was actually made on Wednesday Apr 10th..I just checked message today which is the 14th. I'm in no way concerned as this webpage detailed the message to a T. I have not been served and know I will not be served!! So sad people do this for a living. ..they're full of MILARKY aka s***

These fools left a voice mail message at work last night. I retrieved the message this morning and I so happen to have it on speaker. Others in my presence heard the message left detailing they wanted to serve me papers between 12-4, have two forms of ID, very important that I call them back and request a "stand out order" so that servers will not arrive at my place and I not be there! Really????  Let's get them: www.fdcpa-attorney.com to end the madness. They are breaking ALL types of laws and they believe consumers are not educated to their illegal practices.

They just called me about  a bad check from 2009. How ironic, since I do not have a checking account, and you are just getting at it now? When I asked who the check was to, they said they could not give me that info since the papers were being filed in my county courthouse. It's a scam!!

My 91 year old mother received a call from 855-393-4770 telling her that he was looking for my nephew.  My mom said it was a recorded message and that Kevin Kranz at ext. 114  regarding a case that he needed to get in touch with my nephew right away.

I got a call from this num ...I was told to call in reguards to some charges. I was very skeptical after viewing these comments. I called back and they are legit a debt collection agency. They informed me of the loan I took out. I Been actually trying to pay this off for a year now. I couldn't contact the loan agency. My credit was affected and I'm trying to buy a house. I just found out I was approved for my new home and I wasn't even completely paid off on my loan. I Dnt kno if I'm the only one but I'm glad I finally got my credit in line n the woman I spoke with actually was very pleasant to talk to. Their might be rude ppl there but I think it's a good idea to pay off your debt....evening they have bad tactics to get you to

I am so happy that you had such a richly rewarding experience in paying off the bill that you admittedly owed.
I see no reason why you need to come here and tell others of this geat experience.  Now,  how about those on this thread who don't owe the bill.   Should they pay this saintly woman anyway so that they can have a similar revelation, or should they refuse to pay something that they don't owe?

I received a call from this number and a woman by the name of Gia Sotero left me a message stating that I had 24 hours to call and discuss my rights for bank fraud or the would proceed to prosecute!!!!!! I called the number right back and all I get is a recording!!! If they are legit, why isn't anyone calling me back within 24 hours?????

I just received a voice mail from a lady by the name of Rebecca, the phone number states unknown caller, funny I changed my phone number and finally gave it to a creditor and guess what? This person Rebecca calls it, go figure, yeah I am suppose to be served Friday between 5 & 6:00 and to give 2 pieces of ID, she made the mistake of saying that she is going to be serving me and I am to show her my SSN card, I don't think so, what is the world coming too? Better delete the internet all together, so much better to live in that world.

I got a call today, A man name Dick Abbit said he was from Hancock-Webster Law Firm (No such firm) calling about checks that were written by me back in 2011,(I don't write checks) but when my sister called the number back a woman answered and said LCP. I agree they have just contacted the wrong one!

Girl those people are crazy, they told me that I wrote bad checks in 2011, I dont even write checks! Fools!!!
