this company contacted me and also a member of my family saying they were from the county processing and summoning dept and were about to send a sherrif to my home and issue me papers.  When I asked what county she couldnt even pronounce correctly!!!  she then gave me a number to call 855-897-4809 and they answered Luchey and Associates.  When I asked what this was about she refused to give me any information until I gave her my social security number.  What a scam...how stupid do they think people are.  I asked for full written verifiable validation to be sent to me regarding whatever this is and she again refused and asked for my social security number saying she had to make sure I was who I say I was.  They are rude, constantly talk over you and do not listed.  I have contacted an attorney who advised me to file a complaint with FTC and to not answer any more calls from them.

Please let me know how to take care of this, i am a single mother and have paid them 700 dollars and they are taking me for another 300. I am including my email address for corespondence once I know you are legitimate I will give you further information.         cw918409@gmail.com

its luchey and associates he spelled it for me...told me his name was abraham steinberg. called from 8558358721 told me to call 8776147549 extension 309...told me they in south carolina

I really think that Joe should be very careful in contacting ole Will at that email address.  Maybe it's just me,  but it sounds like a lead-in to some place that most people don't want to go...Just a hunch..

PLEASE everyone go to the FTC website and file a complaint.  Unfortunately, they seem to get ahold of a lot of people who have had either financial or legal trouble in the past, which scares them into giving information they should not give, and some are reporting even paying money to these jerks.
The online FTC form does not take long -- let's get a real investigation going into these criminals.

yes I just spoke to someone from this company and was threaten by them,   I told them I had never done buisness with this company,, or any other payday loan company, He stated I bank at bank of America and I told him no I do not ,    he became irrate and stated he would expedite this court summons and threaten me that he would be serving me with a summons or worst yet have me arrested he also told me he had a warrant for my arrest and stated he would be at my house in an hour. so now I am forced to call the police and change my phone number

Just got off the phone with these people.  Agree not a law firm. Wouldn't give address or anything.  Think they are now operating out of south carolina.  Have a call in to the U.S. Trustee's office reporting this as a fraud and scam. Hope to shut these people down and prosecute them if I can arrange it.  Tell me where they are and I will go after all of them in Federal Court for my client which will help everyone.

They are pulling Bankruptcy Records.  That is why I have referred this matter to the U.S.Trustee's office for investigation. Any information would help. Only you can put a stop to people like this. If we all work together, someone CAN go to Jail for what they are doing.

I just got another call from these people telling me that they are sending the police to arrest me. I fell for this last week and gave them $100, after reading these posts I cancelled my debit card so they could t take any more $ from me.  I told them I was reporting them and hung up.  I have disputed the charge and hopefully will get my money back. So wrong.

Luchey & Associates is spoofed.  Sometimes they spell it  Luchie.   Anyway,  this scammer uses this on the cid and is nothing but a fraud.  They/he/she/it  has been scamming for quite some time now using lies, intimidation and violating the FDCPA from every angle.  I hate to tell you this, but you poured $100 down the sink that you will never get back.  It is illegal for them to threaten you with arrest and only a scammer or illegal collections will do that.   I don't know whether you owe a debt or not,  but disput it anyway.  Demand written validation of the Original alleged debt,  via usps.  DO NOT ACCEPT A FAX OR EMAIL.   Demand validation in writing of the original debt,  proof of a signed contract,  and the collector's  (scammer)  legal right to claim and collect in your state.   They have 5 days to provide this.  Tell them that you refuse to discuss it any further and will not consider any conclusion with out the written validation that includes their legal mailing address,  physical address,  and their regular business phone number as well as the principals withing the company.   If they refuse for any reason to validate the Original debt,  they are a fraud.  (which we already know)   The people running this collections racket as Luchey & Associates  do monitor and read this board,  as we have found in the past.  It let's them know how their scams are working.    Don't give in to them and don't pay them a dollar more.  Consider the $100 dollar loss as cost of a Degree in scam education.  Now,  google   FDCPA and begin the study your rights under the Fair Debt Collections practices Act and learn how to handle these unwanted caller/scammers,  and begin to earn a Free PHD  in Self Protection.

Bill cook called me n I spoke to Marvin Kennedy n Jordan from luchey &associates..they said I owed $400, need to pay, otherwise will have to go to court..almost did..but thru the wonderful advice of The ALMIGHTY COUNSELOR,the HOLY SPIRIT, I realized this was a scam!!! To the other victims, thank you so much for your online reports..that really me figure out that this actually a Hoax..
