Received a Letter from Fraud Service Dept PO Box 245998 San Antonio, TX 78224-5998. My child is a grown man and I have not used an Eppicard in years... I called the number and some lady asked for a SS#. I said no. I am not comfortable doing that. She then explained to me that they are opened 24/7 and their fraud dept is very busy. I hung up. Child Support Offices DO NOT ASK FOR SS#s or PIN#s.

what are we supposed to if we did give it to them ? im such a dummy i wasn’t even thinking. i just saw fraud & was very concerned

I lost $652.00 fraulant charges.Way 2 go cards gives you the run around.Im going to report them to the government and f.B.I. We all need to work together to solve this big. Problem.Good luck.

I'm curious. Who are "them"? If you're "going to turn them over to the government and f.b.i." you surely must know who they are yet you failed to state it in any of your posts.
