Just got a call at 9:55 pm.  complete scam

E-cigs....do not buy they give you a 4.95 trial period & then they debit your credit card & bank card . They are scam artists.

Correct, gives a deal for a starter kit and then I guess hides the extra $99 dollars in the fine print somewhere, I still have not found it.  Then zaps your account unknowingly to me.

E-Cigs.  I canceled - they still wish to call me daily.

Took me two days and talking to 4 people to cancel ( I think). I wanted an e-mail confirming my cancellation, was told by 3 that it would take 24hrs to receive an e-mail. I called several times and my calls were not answered after the 1st call so I used 3 phones and called them at the same time. They answered the two I had'nt used before and they were answered. 4th person was John and was told the 24 he bit again. Told him to hit send and I would have it instantly. Then he gave me the going thru his supervisor and then the corporate office to get permission to send e-mail. I
Told him that the post office box they use must be big to hold the corporation, to quit playing me for stupid and send the email. After two days, and over 3 hrs on the phone
He sent it right then. That was Feb 5 and today the 7th have received 2 calls from them with no messages. They also wanted to refund only $40. Keep calling until you are satisfied. Two if the girls voices sounded identical even though they used different names.  Heed (Buyer Beware) and go after these slick operators.

Receive a call daily even though I have notified them I have filed a report with the Attorney Generals office in Florida. Don't understand why the state doesn't close them down and protect the citizens from these scam artists

bought the starter kid for my son-in-law,, low and behold a month later i get a 109.67 plus a 3.67 dollar charge from this company that i did not authorize... they are telling me that they can't give me the money back.. if i would of read the 109.00 part i  would of never bought it for him in the first place.. someone has to stop this company... not what i wanted to be fighting with...or about...

these people never seem to give up - even after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and got my CC company to dispute the charges.  too bad for the recipient.
