I am haven't called them back what did they say to you?

Something called "Consolidated" supposedly located in Phoenix Arizona.

Most likely a debt collector.  They go by one name, so as to confuse the person called.

I wouldn't call them back.  If you do talk to them and they are collecting, then demand a debt validation letter delivered by US mail.  E-Mail not good.  Otherwise ignore 'em.

Keeps calling not giving any information goes by the name of Buddy Davis, very fake name.

They don't even call me they call my dad looking for me. Saying they are trying to locate me. Never have called me only relatives.

Same here, gives claim number but no other information regarding what its about.
