Receiving calls, says it's out of area and for me to call the number posted and reference a claim number. Called today and said I will be served tomorrow and have my identification to show to sign for papers. Said if I don't sign, further action will be taken that's out of my control. Why wild this same lady call on an out of area number? When I miss the call, no missed call shows up....clearly she's calling from a call center. I hear it in the background. Suggestions?

This is from bsr or blueshore recovery another junk debt buyer. Got same call they didn't want to listen to anything I had to say or ask for just wanted a payment demanded it be a credit card then they would send documents. When I laughed at the idiot she started with we will see you in court. Lol I love these guys now on avg I get about 1500.00 out of them when they sue plus the 1000 from the FTC

I suggest you sue the agency for its empty threats and trying to mislead you about how civil process works. You're not getting paid by the FTC for this as Barney suggests. You have to do the work. The loser company pays damages and all your legal fees if you succeed.
