Called 9/23/17  Didn't answer.  No message

Called last month no message. Called today and they claimed to be OptiumRX and needed to talk to me. Called OptiumRX and they have no record of this.

The caller ID showed 800 Service.  We were out so didn't answer but the call only lasted 2s so probably couldn't have picked up anyway.  Other posts on the Internet say this is OptumRx but I can't confirm that on the OptumRx site.  Will post more if more details can be found.

Yes, this is OptumRx.  The call was to remind me of an rx available for refill.

This is OptimRX, the mail order prescription service for some medical insurances.

call never leave a message...why?? so assume a scam or robo...on call ID shows up as toll free...I will not ever answer these harassing calls

Called and had my PCP name and all my medications, which ones I  get at Optim Rx and which ones I get at my local Pharmacy. I called the number for Optim Rx and they did show that I did transfer a medication from my local pharmacy to Optim Rx, so I believe it is a company that is hired out by Optim Rx to call their members and try to get them to switch their scripts to Optim. may not be Optim per se, but they are paid by Optim to call their patients.

I'm going to assume this was OptumRX based on the comments I've read here. However I answered the call and said "hello" three times, pausing in between each 'hello'.  and no answer... so if it's OptumRX, you suck and I just blocked you.

Usually I pick up when it's not a Robocall, and sometimes it is OptumRX calling me for the same reason - to refill a prescription. I don't exactly mind because I do use that service, but I deal with it online. Then they get annoying, trying to persuade me they can help me right away. I don't like it. Just now I didn't answer a call that only said "TOLL FREE" and when I looked the number up to see what it might be, here they are, annoying other people. So I'm adding my post and blocking their number, too. Great!

Male called my cell asking for my husband saying he was with OptumRx. Strike 1.
He asked me if I can speak on his behalf and I said yes, he then asked me to verify my identity, Strike 2, you called me.
Told him I didn't feel comfortable that he was who he said he was, he hung up, Strike 3, you're now blocked.

Unfamiliar number. I didn't answer. Caller left voicemail saying he was calling "on behalf of OptumRx". I use OptumRx, but I'm not interested in somebody calling "on behalf of OptumRx". I'll speak to Optum but not a third-party contractor doing a sales job for them. Not returning call.

Optrx reminder to order medication

Call woke me up today. No msg. After reading comments, dialed back: "...optum rx...we are closed...". Have ordered optum to NOT CALL WITH REMINDERS, to NOT EMAIL REMINDERS---some years ago!  SPAMMERS.   Like I don't have enough sense to reorder when it's correct time for me?! IDIOTS.

I got a message from this number but itvwas do slurred I couldn’t understand it.  I googled it and came up with this page.  I do have OptumRx but mit teturning call.

Caller ID reports "Unknown Caller." Google shows the number is associated with OptumRX as others have stated. I do have insurance that utilizes this mail order pharmacy, but if they can't be bothered to identify the call on Caller ID I have no plans to answer.

Overall, I've found the company to be incompetent at best so there is no point in dealing with them.

The caller wanted date of birth and zip code.  I would not answer because I didn't trust it was Optum RX.

Had a message left on answering machine and was given this number to call back BUT I felt I should check that number out. I use the rule I always use:     If someone calls you and leaves a number to call back, MAKE SURE IT IS WHO THEY SAY IT IS by doing your own investigating.

They told me they represented OPTUMRX.   They asked to many questions about my account!  Are they an UHF legit?
