Just called me, saying it was Optum RX.

No message.   Called the #, it's Optum Rx.  Why don't they just leave a message and take all the drama out of it??

Caller claims to be calling FOR optumrx attempting to get additional subscriptions. Spam caller.

i called the number. It is OptumRx.  Annoying.

This could be legit but when I need a refill I will call the pharmacy at the number on my bottle,or order online. I get very upset when I receive calls wanting more info & can't tell me what drugs I need without more info. I'm thinking of switching back to my old pharmacy, also the person calling is going to save me lots of money. that will be the day!

It's OptimRX letting me know I have prescriptions available for refill. If i needed refills, I would've ordered them.  This is a terrible ploy to get more business. Don't call us, we'll call you.  Blocked.

This is OptumRx a woman called and left a message identifying herself with her name on BEHALF of OptumRx. It was hard to understand her, it sounded like she was eating something. I do use their service and am happy with it. Like other posts I do my ordering online. Every once in a blue moon they call me and I generally do not call back. I have access to my account and have no need to speak with them about reordering.

Yes, this is OptumRX. This is their reminder service. They call and strong arm you into refilling your medicine whether you are ready for a refill or not. Sometimes they call way too early.

If you know who called you, why would you look up the number? Do you often look up known phone numbers?

I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  They left no message.  I also use Optum, but email messages.  They do not call.

Annoying- no message

Answered the call. Asked-  "Who's CALLING? Speak up, who's calling?"
I got no answer. Dead air!
Hung up and put on Block Call List!

Received a call from this number.  The caller ID said "800 Service" but my phone stored this number.  The woman kept repeating my name and was not getting to the point of her call.  I finally had to say "who are you and why are you calling my phone before 9 am?".    She was advising me that I had RX that could be refilled and did I want to refill.  I explained that I am a grown person and I order the meds when needed and don't need a non medical person to push me to order meds that I no longer take.  The actions and demeanor of the person calling had me very suspicious that this was a scam call.

I didn't answer call but I do use OptimRX.

It IS OptunRx.  They have a multitude of 8xx numbers and this is one of them.

Or it's a scammer spoofing the number.

Telemarketer selling Prescription drugs.

The caller is a FAKE Optum RX.  How I found out?  She said, I need to authorize prescription refill.  First question she asked, verify my zip code... I gave her a fake one but then, I asked her if that's what's recorded in their system. She said YES.  I said, "YOU'RE A SCAMMER"  then hanged up.

She left a message. Almost unintelligible.  Sounded like OptumRX. I have no idea what she was talking about. Asked me to call a number (unintelligible) to save money, I think.
