Previous post dated 2012.  Same continues to happen in 2018. Husband suggested MAY have something, call back beginning of March... they called last nite left message stating will be here for pick up tomorrow.  Ignored.  They Showed up anyway, dogs went crazy when they rang the bell!!!

Called customer service to complain to supervisor of course person said I am a supervisor!! Really.   Also said if nothing is out they are not to ring bell--- really.   They did.   Got my # off lis---supposedly.    Very manipulative behavior!!! Whats their motive!!! Awful.
