I received the same message from Michael Pendergrass on 3/2/2020 and then again today 3/5/2020.  I retuned the call on 3/2 and they advised me that I owed a company that I didn't recognize.  When I asked for documentation the lady (very rude lady) said that I would get it in court and hung up.  Today when I got the message I again called back and the same rude lady, Nicole Allen is the name she gave me, answered.  Today I asked for "Validation of Debt" and she refused and said that it was too late because I refused to do anything the last time I spoke with them.  Gotta be a scam.  Name of the company they gave is Processing & Recovery Associates PO Box 1981 Alexandria, Virginia 22341- Hope someone is able to stop these jerks.

I received an order to complete an audit on behalf of our client. It is your legal right to be made aware before any proceedings begin. [my name] we will make one final attempt to reach you at your home or your place of employment.

Received the exact same message under a different number 866-579-4570

We received the same message addressed to one of our employees, using 844-872-8502 in the caller id and as the callback number (the caller id showed 800 Service, which is aready very suspicious). While that phone number wasn't here in 800notes, that Michael Pendergrass is quickly becoming very well known... as a scammer.

same robo calls,they wont give u a physical address,...and they answered the phone"hello".when i called back.theyve caallled me from 5 different numbers..........

This number called my phone and when my husband answered, it was a female requesting to speak to me and refused to identify herself. My husband refused to give her any information she hing up. Someone else called back from same number and yelled at him and said there's a warrant out for his arrest. Them this same number called my father in law looking for me and asked for debit card number to pay a debt.
