Call back a out a pending action.

Called me, threatened to serve me with a summons for a credit card bill from 2007, for over $1600. that I had neglected to pay.  I told him I would have my attorney handle it, got the information, and politely hung up.  It made no sense because my credit is excellent, and Experian would have contacted me if the bill had been unpaid. Clearly this is a scam.

Funny because this firm called me and informed me of a pending action. I did remember it and I was able to settle out and report good standings on my credit report. Lots of people are out there scaming but this firm is helpful and I'm glad to be in the clear.

Kathleen....experian is not going to contact you for anything. Something you neglect to pay is your debt. Everyone gets mad when being sued and if you neglected to pay back then, I'm pretty sure you don't want to pay now

Down on their luck bill collector or outright scammer. LOL

called the person i sold my house to said i had him as a  good source, i never used him for anything i tried to calk the number no answer if they call me he can contact my laywer
