claims of a "filing"

Called me that I needed to call 855-415-0663 for a time sensitive delivery and to set up a delivery that needed signature. Scam

Someone showed up at a relatives place of employment looking for me, gave them this number for me to call. Sounds like a scam.

Called saying it was Heather with document delivery services and a file has been created against me.

called from 323 325 2649 a los angles number and i live in florida. heather from document delivery services claiming 2 complaints against my wife and to call this number back. nothing but a scam. i don't think there is even a company called document delivery services. the only only thing that could be delivered in person is court documents and the sheriffs department handles that.

Here’s my transcription:
“Hi this message is intended for ______ my name is Robin, and I'm contacting you today in reference to a file that has been forwarded to my office for review. At this point, in order to discuss any pending actions filed against you, or if you have any questions or concerns, you will need to contact the office in control of your file directly that office can be reached at 855-415-0663 and the file number to reference is _____ any failure to contact us will result in that office to proceed without your consent, so it is important that you contact the office today thank you…”
Nowhere does it state what this is about, but it’s clearly design to illicit fear. Classic scam.

I got a call today from 855-415-0723. The exact message test was:
This is an urgent message intended for ___ ___. My name is Jose and I am contacting you in reference to a complaint that has just been forwarded to my office. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the pending action that may be filed against you, you will need to contact the firm immediately at 855-415-0723. The file number that you will need to reference when calling in is ------. Now ____, this does require your immediate attention and it is very important that they do speak to you or they'll be forced to make a decision without your consent. Once again that number is 855-415-0723 and your reference number when calling in is ------. Thank you

They called my phone looking for my mother so I called the number backed asking for them to stop calling my number. They kept questioning me and then went off on me, but the voicemail they left was exactly like the ones above

TOTAL SCAM!!! Same number as above said they were with Padilla & Associates. He did not even know how to say Baton Rouge, LA.....
