Threatening legal action.  Claims that they represent Dawson and Associates

Me too!  No caller ID threatened lawsuit if I didn’t call back

Told me I owed on a mastercard.said they sent me a letter  they did not...i assure you   would not send me anything besides an email for confirmation of debt  so I told him to go love himself and hung up   then they called my wife    wow    really     .........

This number called my husbands phone today as unknown caller and left a message threatening legal action against me saying if I did not call back they would file action against me. I have no idea what this is about. They are even calling friends from high school days. And I have been out of high school for years

Just a vague scam call saying a complaint was filed against me which requires my immediate attention or they will ‘have to make a decision without my consent’. Unbelievable! I am curious about how many people will fall for this scam! Of course I won’t answer and I will block the number they said to call. People, please don’t fall for these types of scams.

Just got a call from  855 415-0937 Allen Dawson associates threatening to file. Judgement and take me to court for. Credits card dept 15 yrs ago was yes lime to know if they are legitimate or scammers

Called Said They were going to sue me for not paying a medical bill I’ve not been in the hospital for over 10 years said a police officer was going to serve me this afternoon this is a scam. Phone number 855-415-0937

My husband received a voicemail from an unknown number from a lady stating her name was Ms Foster and she was from a third party she stated that he needed to contact 855-415-0937 regarding a situation that requires immediate attention. When my husband called this number he spoke with a Frank Parker who states he was gonna he served with papers saying he was being sued. He said we could pay $1100.00 today or we could go to court and pay $2300.00.  My husband took the information down and told them he would have his wife contact them. I called back the next day and spoke to an Eric Colson who claimed that we had been mailed paperwork regarding this suit and I tried to tell him we have not received anything to date. He said he would be served today and I explained to him that was the exact same thing Frank Parker had told my husband the previous day. He immediately turned into a rude aggressive person and I told him there was no need to be rude. He just kept saying you were mailed the information and you will be served papers to go to court. To date we have not received anything from this company. I even went as far to call my local court and sheriffs dept to see if they had any papers to serve my husband and was told there was nothing on file. I have lifelock and I have access to our credit reports and there is nothing negative showing with any of the three reporting bureaus. This is a scam and there is no telling how much money they have cheated people out of. Please do your research and do not give these people a penny!!!!

This female caller left a voice mail saying that they had a suit to file against my ex husband of 30 years ago and that they were going to file suit without his consent and could be associated as well. I never returned the call and do not plan to. It is a huge scam!
