Received a VM stating the "County Process Service Division we were contracted them (no name) to deliver legal documents for you to appear in court.  Unfortunately these documents were returned to us from an address we had on file.  To avoid potential legal complication or to appear in court..." call this 855-415-1767 number - gave case number. Yadda yadda yadda.  Don't think I'll be calling them any time soon...

Same message as above, Summons to appear.  Lawsuit from lease in Orlando Fl.  Never was there.  As soon as I told them I called the FBI, they hung up the phone!

Same VM.  Guess we're all in trouble, huh?

Same thing happened to me today from same number 1-855-415-1767... They even called me on my job.  I am going to report it to the FBI as well.  It's a scary world out there!

Got the same call today 10/18/18 to call that same number. Just didn't make any sense. They gave a last name I haven't used in years but wouldn't give any other information but a case number.

Was the case number a number you recognized? They used a very personal number in our call.

Not sure called me unidentified caller threatened to call my work then called my daughter and left message

I just received the same call. Telling me that they tried to deliver documents and I asked them where they were sending them to and he said he couldn't tell me that I would have to call the number to find out. I told them I will contact my councilman and have them call this number and he then said why would I do that? Thats when I was suspicious. I told him that if there was a case pending that I would look up case number and docket prior to calling. Then he said that the case is pending at Samantha Clarks office and that it has not been filed yet and for me to call the 855-415-1767 first. I told him that sounded like [***] and he told me then I will get court summons if I ignore and hangs up.

Same exact spiel from them. They couldn't even spell my name right...not to mention it's not even my last name anymore. Scam...or at the very least a collection company trying to scare you.

I called back from another phone and she wanted my number so she could put me on a list, I refused and told her I would give her the case# and she hung up.

Said it was a legal concern but was a scam.

Sent a text asking to buy my house. Scam

called the number back and said to replay to the text message
