RoboCall: Claimed to need to reach a person I don't know.  Said that legal documents had been returned and that the person needed to reply to this number and reference some case number.  Caller ID was 657-262-3560.

Got a call from a private number...but number ro call was 855.415.4845 Saying something about contacting a lawyer, about a summons to appear in court that was returned ro sender....gave a case number... they also called my sister looking for me....now that's not cool

Said there was a lawsuit being filed against me about a Bon Ton store credit card which I've never had. Apparently the chain is in receivership, and has sold their info off for aggressive collections. Still not sure how they got my info.

Just received a call that said They were unable to serve papers to me and they were returned unsigned. I’m supposed to call this number and give them a case number. First of all, a process server does not mail a summons, and the caller did not say what attorney’s office it was. This doesn’t smell right.

I received the same message - Elite Processors for Attorney Miner with a case #.  As listed above - summons are not mailed - they will send an officer of the Court to your house.  Total bogus call and a definite scam.  I feel bad for those people who fall for this.

called me (robocall) asking for my mother saying legal documents kept being returned. said to call and speak to a Patricia Lewis about said documents. I called them back acting as my mom, they said there was a lawsuit being filed about a credit card she had back in 2000. and owed some $5000.00 on. Shes NEVER had a credit card.

They contacted me about an OLD credit card bill...they also contacted my brother which has nothing to do with my bills.

Called from private # left message saying they attempted to serve me paperwork at my address and were unable to to appear in court with a case # and to call Patrica Lewis at # 8554149786...Total scam i dont owe anyone anything and my job monitors any court records that pop up under my name. This makes me soo mad i get calls all the time!

A female from "Elite Server Processors" left a voicemail. She called from a private number, gave me a case number, and referred me to Patricia Lewis from their legal department (855-415-4845). It was something about legal documents getting returned to her and I needed to call Patricia to avoid any legal action. Anyway, she referred to me by aunt's name (my aunt has the same last name) who lives in another state. That raised the first red flag.

3/27/19: Same thing happened to me. Same names and msg. Reported to BBB on 3/28/19. I called the 866# multiple times to get more info but got put on hold before I could even speak every time.

you reported it a organization that can do nothing because it is worthless instead of reporting it to agencies with actual law enforcement powers?
