A  Relative got a call and said that I was about to have a civil complaint filed against you in county court and that I should contact the litigation department at Edwards and Associates at 855-415-4879. I call they claimed it was a old medical bill. Contacted who they said the collections was for in person. No record or bill imagine  that. Case # they gave was  bogus ws well contacted the county , city and state as well.

i just got the same call from the same people. they had my full name and last 4 of ss#. i called the hospital who they said i originally owed, with a date of service of 12 years ago mind you, and the hospital confirmed that i was not treated by them at that time.

calling 855-415-4879 I'm still on hold now for almost 13 mins. They just called me today and they can't seem to  find it? They claim I owe a doctor bill from 17 years ago.

They called us and threatened the garnish our wages and take us to court. Claimed they sent paperwork in the mail, never got a single thing. They are scamming people and it’s not right. I’m calling the attorney general of California ASAP!

Just received a phone call from "no caller ID". The nice young lady informed me that I needed to contact the litigation office of Edwards & Associates, also for a civil complaint. Not buying into it!

Scam. Call you County Sherriff if you want to know of any civil action filed against you.

Just got a call from Edward and Associates saying that I have a Pending Civil Complain from Dallas Regional Medica Center from 2008. Caller have all my information so I worried.

they said the same thing to me that they had all of my information in a copy of my driver's license I locked my credit file with Equifax you should do the same

I got the same call at home and on cell phone....told me to cal 8554154879 said I have a civil suit from a county in Florida... never even been there for a medical reason ....

Left a msg on girlfriends phone for me.  Her phone is from florida, and mine from Oklahoma.  Lady said she was  from Emerson ASSC., Lawfirm.

They informed me that I had an outstanding debt from a Visa card from 2008.  The lady I spoke with was rude & very unprofessional which further sealed the deal with me that this is a scam!!!!!

Said litigation in my county filed against me.  Had a previous name I used before my divorce.

This is a well known scam.

When the very rude and threatening voice messages regarding civil suits, complaints and judgments against us fail to get a rise out of us,  they switch to a different tactic. They leave very professional and kind messages reminding us that we were recently on their website and didn’t complete our order for a free trial. It’s then they ask for a quick return phone call to get the information they need in order to get free trial shipped same day.  For the first time in my life I had actually signed up for a free trial on a legitimate website three days prior to this voicemail. But, after seeing all the posts regarding these deceptive people & practices, I thought better of it and never returned his phone call and have continued to block any of their numbers. PS: The guy calls himself Jason. 😈 And I’m happy to report my legitimate free trial arrived without any phone calls necessary.
