Bank of America scam, called say in I owe money

Called my ex's cell phone yesterday supposedly looking for me, going to serve me some sort of papers. That's bs because they had my address, where are they? Process Servers, etc., do not call before they come out.

They keep calling my cell and my work number with a "supposedly" Santa Clara County case filed number.  Something about serving me papers and that I have been notified.  I almost lost my mind the first time the call came as the message was saying that i was being sued, etc.  Pretty rattling, but then i started to do some research and figured out they were scammers.

Called and claimed that I had a law suit against for me and that I was being served. Odd that they couldn't give the name of the creditor or the amount that was owed.

Unidentified caller claimed civil complaint to call 855-415-5621 for details, case number 557-691.

SCAM ALERT !!!! they keep switching there phone numbers. A.D. and associates is the real name of there business. There in a chain of scam offices. There in Rancho Cucmonga, CA or Ontario, CA. They use fake names. and the fake process servers are just dialers in the same office.

They ran my payment under a different name that's how I figured out they were a scam. Then I asked to send my payment in the mail and they said make payable to A.D. and Associates and gave me  a UPS box in rancho cucamonga, ca 91730,  9668 Milliken Ave ste 104-243, rancho cucamonga ,ca 91730. Going to find out who that box is listed to my attorney is getting that information now. They arent going to be doing this to much longer to anyone.

Did they mail you proof of the debt before you sent your payment to them? If so, what is the business name and mailing address on that debt validation letter? If they didn't mail you a debt validation letter, why did you send them a payment?!
