someone named lola called my brothers phone and left a vmail saying i am having a civil judgment made against me and that i should respong to case number AL-530328 before the judgement is made. i know i personally havent done anything to be in a civil suit. i looked this number up on google and theres similar scam numbers.

I also got a call from this number saying they were going to serve me for something to with my home and Chase Bank.  I've never done any business with Chase, and called Chase and they have no records of any business with me.  They had a lot of information on me though.

Ive been looking into it more and more , and i called them. some guy that says his name is mason barrow gave me two things that do show up on my credit report from a few years back. Im kinda leary and scared of stuff like thgis. think ill call back and harass them for a change!!!! i wish someone would call and ask for mason!

Was left a voicemail from a blocked # by a man named Sam with Dean & Associates he claimed a law firm. He was asking for my mothers info saying she had a pending legal matter out of a neighboring county in the state I live. Left the 855-415-5813 number and a case # starting with two letters followed by 6 numbers. He knew my mothers last name which is not the same as mine. Do not know if this is legit but it feels scammy.

I still would not trust it till you have more concrete info. Ask for their business address and look them up on the BBB.

Received a call from these debt scammers. Told them to serve me and they hung up. Proff  that they are liars.

What would that prove?

Whether or not they're legitimate business or if they have registered complaints. I found their web site and due to expire,everything I found makes me think they are either a shady debt collecting company or its a scam. Here is Url- https://www.abbotdeanandassociates.com/
I reported them to the BBB,There was no known business and its a home address.

Address is a UPS store not a residence. BBB is useless. I reported them to my state attorney general as well as the cfpb and the ftc.

Received call for 20 year old debt that was from a Debt Charge Off.   I am an elderly, disabled person who fell for this scam as  their info on me was accurate.   Please don't do the same.....just hang up.

I really believe its a scam!! I actually gave them my email and asked for documentation and its been two days, no email yet! I wish i could stop them but its just lil ol me!
